Responsabilités

  • DĂ©velopper et mettre en Ĺ“uvre une vision et des stratĂ©gies qui guident la production de contenu, la conception d'expĂ©riences d'apprentissage et l'Ă©volutivitĂ© de l'apprentissage afin de crĂ©er des contenus et des expĂ©riences d'apprentissage de haute qualitĂ©
  • Établir des plans et des objectifs stratĂ©giques pour les expĂ©riences d'apprentissage, en veillant Ă  leur alignement avec les objectifs plus larges de l'apprentissage client et de la rĂ©ussite client
  • Superviser et diriger les activitĂ©s des domaines fonctionnels, en veillant Ă  ce que toutes les Ă©quipes fonctionnent efficacement et atteignent leurs objectifs
  • Prendre en compte les commentaires sur les pages et dans les applications qui amĂ©liorent la structure, les visuels et la conception des informations pour les contenus d'apprentissage
  • Collaborer avec les cadres supĂ©rieurs et les dirigeants des services de rĂ©ussite client, de produits et de formation sur les questions importantes liĂ©es aux initiatives et stratĂ©gies d'apprentissage, et exercer une influence sur eux

Qualifications minimales

  • Licence ou master en Ă©ducation, conception pĂ©dagogique, technologies d'apprentissage ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Au moins 8 ans d'expĂ©rience dans le domaine de l'apprentissage et du dĂ©veloppement, dont au moins 3 ans Ă  un poste de direction
  • ExpĂ©rience avĂ©rĂ©e dans la gestion de la production de contenu, de la conception pĂ©dagogique et des Ă©quipes de conseil en apprentissage
  • Excellente comprĂ©hension des principes d'apprentissage des adultes, des mĂ©thodologies de conception pĂ©dagogique et des technologies d'apprentissage en ligne
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en matière de leadership, de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
  • CapacitĂ© avĂ©rĂ©e Ă  gĂ©rer plusieurs projets et prioritĂ©s dans un environnement en constante Ă©volution

Position Overview

Director of Learning Architecture and Learning Experience Design will lead and scale our Learning Content Production and Learning Experience Design teams. This role is critical in shaping the strategic vision for creating high-quality learning assets and experiences that enhance customer proficiency with our products. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience, a deep understanding of instructional design and content production, and a passion for driving customer success through innovative learning solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement vision and strategies that guide the Content Production, Learning Experience Design, and learning scalability in creating high-quality learning content and experiences
  • Establish strategic plans and objectives for Learning experiences, ensuring alignment with the broader goals of Customer Learning and Customer Success
  • Oversee and direct the activities of the functional areas, ensuring that all teams operate efficiently and meet their objectives
  • Consider on-page and in-app feedback that elevates structure, visuals, and information design for learning content
  • Partner with and influence senior leaders and executives across Customer Success, Product, and Education on significant matters related to learning initiatives and strategies
  • Engage with senior leadership across the company to advocate for and align learning strategies with broader company goals
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in managing content production, instructional design, and learning advisory teams
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and eLearning technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For Canada-BC based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $128,200 and $176,220. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
