Director of Brand Marketing
The Director of Brand Marketing is responsible for increasing market and brand awareness of CreatorIQ and driving all relevant programming. They will own front-line programs and channels, including PR strategy and execution, partner and customer marketing, owned digital properties (CreatorIQ.com, social, executive social profiles), and brand management. The Director of Brand will work closely with executive leadership to refine and amplify CreatorIQ’s brand, view on the market, and value propositions to our key stakeholders, with a focus on customer-value first. The Director of Brand Marketing will have a passion for creator-led marketing and a strong understanding of the industry. This position will report to the SVP, Marketing.Â
What you will do:Â
- Develop and operationalize ongoing efforts to increase market and brand awareness across core ICPs – drive all relevant programming, including but not limited to: content, press, events, speaking opportunities, awards
- Own CreatorIQ.com, drive content, design and optimization to create a high-value destination for our customers, prospects, partners and the market
- Lead our social and new media team to increase share of voice and drive scaled engagement across core audiences
- Operationalize customer marketing efforts, expanding our customer story library, relationships and network; drive client inclusion in press coverage, earned speaking events, award submissions, reviews and more
- Build and nurture a growing community of decision makers in creator-led marketing, establishing relationships with up-and-coming influencer marketing leaders
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring that awareness is a consistent overlay / precursor across all campaigns and themes
- Work with SVP, Marketing to inform, develop, refine and amplify CIQ’s point of view on the market, the narrative, vision, strategic differentiators and value propositions to our key stakeholders (internal and external)
- Own and manage the budget and resources needed, own reporting on effectiveness of all awareness activities, work to build out internal (and external) team and function area overtime (social/new media, PR, creative services, customer marketing, community)
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- 7+ years of experience in brand marketing or community management, preferably in influencer marketing, B2B marketing SaaS, or related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand awareness programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing a team and working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Passion for creator-led marketing and a strong understanding of the industry

Salary Range: $134,000 - $168,000
