Director of Clinical Services – Hospice Leadership Opportunity

About the Role

The Director of Clinical Services will:

* Lead multiple interdisciplinary teams across all levels of care settings.

* Oversee all clinical operations, staff, and patient care services.

* Collaborate with Quality, Compliance & Education teams to ensure regulatory readiness.

* Manage budgets, meet quality benchmarks, and support strategic growth initiatives.

* Foster a collaborative culture and motivate teams toward excellence.

Ideal Candidate

* Current RN (Colorado or eligible for licensure); BSN and CHPN preferred.

* 10+ years in healthcare, including 5+ years in progressive management.

* Hospice leadership experience preferred.

* Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-site operations.

* Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-focused leadership style.
