About You You are a person who loves to manage all commercial proposal development and proposal efforts. We need someone who is an expert in proposal development, market and sales strategy. In the role of Director of Commercial Marketing and Proposal, you will be responsible for partnering with the Business Development, Operations and other internal teams to tailor proposals to the size and scope of the opportunity, and oversee the submission of well-written, compliant proposals. • Tell us about your experience with Marketing and Proposals. • Are you a team player and a self-motivator? • What is your experience with conducting business in a way that is credit to a company? • We are counting on you to manage multiple projects using your problem-solving skills. • We are looking for someone UNCOMMON. About The Position • Become familiarized with the company's proposal process and work with the Business Development, Operations and any other appropriate internal teams to make any necessary tailoring with respect to the size and scope of the opportunity. • Proposal development • Responsible for searching out, understanding, and verbally articulating the detailed analysis of requests for proposals/information/questions and other documents. • Ensure proposal compliance with all RFI/RFP requirements in all proposal sections. • Prepares operational, technical, and cost proposals. • Collaborates with management and subject matter experts to develop a high quality, winning proposal and develop/win new strategic opportunities. • Lead the preparation and delivery of all proposal sections, plans, and specifications. • Ensure proposal deadlines and deliverables are met, including scheduling kick- off meetings and managing timelines. • Prepare status reports and briefings for higher-level management. Once the proposal is submitted, the Proposal Manager shall support the following activities as requested: • Technical clarifications • New, updated proposal submissions • Oral preparation, briefing slides, and presentation reviews and feedback • Document all proposal lessons learned • Coordinate all RFI/RFP activities, as needed • Content development and productionMarket / Sales Strategy Define what we sell/do across Advisory and Managed Services (RCM/HIM) • • - All Commercial • Market segmentation • Approach strategy • Collaborate with sales and executive teams • Collaborate on developing ROI analytics and measurement • Pipeline Management • Create and maintain conference and event strategy • Commercial marketing budget management • Engage, support and collaborate with external vendors in the development of content, market awareness, conference participation or other capacities as needed • Manage and mentor staff directly and indirectly as needed • Other duties may be assigned. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience. • A minimum of five years' experience contributing to, writing and managing proposals in the healthcare industry. • Excellent written, verbal communication and collaboration skills • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • Ability to lead a small proposal team About Us You are uncommon.
