You don't need to know grass, but you absolutely need to have experience running door-to-door sales teams. A day in the job: As a our outside sales manager you will be responsible for: 1)hiring sales reps 2)managing sales reps, 3) getting paid based off of your team's performance. With thousands of clients in the Volusia and St Johns counties, you have the opportunity to excel. Although we started in Macon, this Florida branch is our fastest growing team.
