Endocrinology Opportunity in Southeast Alabama – Hospital-Employed

Join a growing community in Dothan, AL! A healthcare team is seeking an endocrinologist to lead and build a practice with a healthy work-life balance, offering a supportive environment for both experienced professionals and new graduates.

Practice Setting

• Be part of the hospital-employed medical group with a focus on outpatient care
• Focus on diabetes management (88% of therapy area), alongside other conditions like congestive heart failure, pneumonia, sepsis, and digestive disorders
• Work alongside a Nurse Practitioner specializing in diabetes, RN support, and a coordinated team with hospitalists and internists for comprehensive care
• On-site lab and radiology services to ensure streamlined patient care

Schedule

• Monday through Friday schedule, from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • No call or inpatient duties 

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary between $325,000 to $375,000, depending on experience, with the possibility of a Directorship title
  • RVU-based incentive structure
  • $100,000 signing package
  • Student loan repayment option available
