In the Director of Engineering - Manufacturing Process, Packaging and Infrastructure (Juice and Syrup) role you will be a leader responsible for developing and executing technical capital equipment solutions for existing and new processing and packaging lines and facility infrastructure. Additionally, you will manage OEM supplier relationships, support production facilities in both troubleshooting and building technical capabilities and identifying new technologies for use for specific projects and across the system. You will engage with our Company Owned and Co-Man sites to build capability and capacity across our network. You will work with a team of Project Managers, Principal Engineers and Senior Directors tasked with achieving the Engineering team's objectives.

Required Experience:
Must have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of engineering experience in the food and beverage industry, and advanced experience leading cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field.
What You'll Do for Us
- Provide Supply Chain support for the Juice and Syrup Engineering teams on new products and package manufacturing strategy.
- Support our network of company owned and Co-Man Juice and Syrup facilities to build production capability and capacity to support the business.
- Support DtV (design to value) projects to reduce total delivered costs of our products.
- Develop, execute, and deliver capital plans and cash flows.
- Develop robust technical equipment solutions for new product and package product introductions, including machine centers, functional & technical specifications, supplier strategies and future capabilities.
- Work with equipment suppliers and global bottlers to identify new technologies required for new products and improved productivity.
- Develop long-term capital strategy on manufacturing capability and capacity for new product/package introductions and ongoing business continuity, productivity, safety and quality initiatives.
- Provide leadership to engineering team members and assist in development of team and infrastructure strategy.
- Gain cross-functional alignment & buy-in to new ways to service the customer & grow the business.
- Eliminate / overcome barriers that prevent continuous improvement and enhance customer value.
- Work with cross-functional teams to redesign/improve operational system flow when changes are introduced. Implement the proper metrics and measurements to drive and document improvements.
- Communicate and modify current strategies as the business need changes.
Qualification & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering
- Minimum 7-10 years' experience in a related food and beverage field
- Advanced demonstrated Project Management skills
- Top skillsets required are Microsoft Applications, Project Management tools, & AutoCAD
- Deep understanding of liquid processing systems and packaging equipment
- Thorough understanding of Capital/Expense budgeting with planned project cash flow and financial project analysis as well as total capital project execution.
- Travel requirements - 75%.
