Job Description
Summary:
We are in search of an energetic and self-motivated Director of Growth to join our dynamic team. The Director of Growth will report to the VP of Revenue and will cover several aspects across the revenue team. In this role, you will create and drive the client referral program and partnership strategy for the company. You will also manage prospective deals, starting from the initial qualified meeting sourced through the Business Development team and Channel Partners, all the way through to successfully closing the deal.This is a new and exciting role for blockit and will be on the forefront of building robust sales programs, while working with a significant segment of the nation's largest health systems.

Primary Responsibilities:Ā
- Navigate deals through the sales funnel, overseeing the entire process from the initial meeting to successful closure.
- Formulate a comprehensive partnership strategy and effectively oversee channel partners to not only generate lead flow but also optimize channel revenue.
- Create and enhance a client referral program, strategizing ways to motivate clients to actively refer blockitās offering to potential new clients.
- Gain an in-depth knowledge of healthcare business operations, use cases, and challenges, and explore how blockit can effectively address and solve these issues.
- Comprehend the distinct requirements and opportunities associated with each deal, and adeptly articulate how our solution aligns with and addresses those needs.
- Collaborate closely with an engineering counterpart to customize and structure deals that suit the specific requirements of each client.
- Identify and assess the networking groups, communities, and potential collaborative partners essential for the company's involvement and growth.
- Refine, iterate, and expand our sales strategy, proactively taking the lead in enhancing the team's methods, systems, and procedures.
- Skillfully conduct demonstrations for both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a comprehensive and seamless experience, while emphasizing blockit's unique value proposition to potential customers.
- Execute a comprehensive self generating approach with touchpoints, including calls, videos, LinkedIn messages, and more, fostering meaningful connections.
- Respond promptly to all prospect communications within the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), showcasing blockitās commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Engage in weekly one-on-one meetings with your manager, focusing on care, role development, and performance improvement.
- Leverage cutting-edge sales tools, including HubSpot, Apollo.io, LinkedIn, G-suite, etc., to optimize productivity and effectiveness in our dynamic healthcare technology startup environment.
- Ensure the pipeline cleanliness, including daily completion of all tasks on HubSpot, optimizing organizational efficiency.

- Ability to work onsite in McKinney 3-4 days per week.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent experience preferredĀ
- 5+ years experience in a closing sales based position required
- 3+ years experience in software based sales position required
- 2+ years experience in a mentoring, training or leadership based sales role requiredĀ
- Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment highly preferredĀ
- Experience in a complex solutions selling environment is desirableĀ
- Experience working in a startup environment is desirableĀ
