Director of Marketing

We are looking for an experienced marketer for our nursing home in the Queens area. Job Summary A very well-established nursing home is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to champion the growth of the facility. As director of marketing, the candidate for the position would be responsible for building vital relationships and ensuring that seniors in need of our services can find their way to us. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, physicians, and other referral sources. • Serve as the public face of our facility in house and at community and networking events to build brand awareness and trust. • Coordinate with nursing, social work, housekeeping, and dietary departments to prepare for new admissions Qualifications & Experience • A minimum of 1-3 years of marketing and with a required focus on the nursing home, senior living, home health, or acute care industry. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with prospective residents, their families, and medical professionals. • A proven track record of developing and strengthening clinical referral networks in the Queens, NY area. • Demonstrable experience creating and executing successful marketing strategies that directly result in increased admissions.
