Operating as a nightlife venue, contemporary art gallery, wellness studio, coworking space, and exclusive membership program, we offer experiences that engage, inspire, and transform. As we continue to grow our physical and digital presence, we are seeking aDirector of Marketingwho can blend storytelling, cultural insight, and data to build unified strategies across our diverse verticals—all rooted in the pulse of Los Angeles. This role calls for a cultural strategist, a digital maven, and a brand builder who understands the nuances of experience-driven marketing and can balance storytelling with performance metrics across multiple venues and verticals. Key Responsibilities • Multi-Brand Strategy: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies tailored to each of Future Factory’s core experiences (nightlife, art, wellness, coworking, and membership), while reinforcing the overarching brand narrative. • Market Expansion & Venue Promotion: Drive awareness and attendance across our four cities, using geo-targeted campaigns, local partnerships, and experiential activations. • Digital Experience Leadership: Oversee digital initiatives including SEO, SEM, paid social, influencer strategy, CRM/email marketing, and content distribution to grow audience engagement across all properties. • Content & Campaign Development: Lead the creation of compelling, on-brand campaigns for launches, events, and seasonal initiatives across all Future Factory platforms. • Brand Consistency & Evolution: Ensure brand identity remains cohesive while evolving to stay ahead of cultural and creative trends in each business vertical. • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to optimize performance across channels, using KPIs to guide investments and strategic pivots. • Partnerships & Community: Build strategic partnerships with local creators, wellness experts, curators, and cultural influencers that resonate with each brand pillar. • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional marketing team—including digital, content, brand, events, and design—fostering creativity, accountability, and collaboration. • Budgeting & Resource Management: Develop and manage a multi-brand marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently across digital, physical, and partnership-based initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master's preferred. • Minimum 7–10 years in marketing leadership roles, ideally in entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality, or cultural sectors. • Proven success marketing across multiple brands or business verticals simultaneously. • Deep understanding of emerging media, youth culture, and content trends. • Mastery of digital tools including Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and CMS systems (e.g., Webflow, WordPress). • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills. • Adept at leading brand refreshes, digital transformations, and experiential campaigns. • Experience with both early-stage brand-building and established audience growth strategies. • Ability to travel as needed across Future Factory’s markets.
