Director of Nursing – Long Term Care Full-time Director of Nursing Shift: Full-time Mon – Fri with on call weekend rotation. Our long-term care facility is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing with Registers Nurse valid license. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a passion for providing quality care to our residents. Director of Nursing Registers Nurse (RN) Key Duties · Ensuring all nursing staff provides quality resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards. · Will set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department and will guide staffing procedures. · Director of Nursing ensuring compliance with local, state, federal regulatory standards. · Lead and or participate in Quality Improvement (QI) groups and other multidisciplinary meetings. · Perform other job-related duties as they become required. Director of Nursing Qualifications • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. • Valid RN license in the state. • CPR certification required. • 5 years’ experience in long-term care or a related setting. • 3 years’ experience in Nursing Administration.
