Healthie is hiring an exceptional Director of Product Design to help us deliver a best-in-class product for innovative healthcare delivery.  We believe in a design-led approach to product development, and our Director of Product Design will play a critical leadership role in both leading and mentoring the design team as well as conducting regular hands-on design work in shaping both our product and our team. Responsibilities: What you’ll be doing and held accountable for:

• Drive Healthie’s Product Roadmap in order to enable Company Objectives
  • Coordinate with Business and R&D teams to prioritize Initiatives
  • Execute Initiatives by organizing timelines for deliverables
• Maintain Healthie’s Design System and Processes:
  • Implement Design Process that incorporates Discovery, Iteration, and Delivery
  • Keep Healthie’s Design Systems clean, modern, and useful for R&D, in conjunction with Healthie’s Front-End Team
• Team Management & Leadership:
  • Function as a player/coach with the expectation to roll-up your sleeves and dive in
  • Lead and empower Healthie’s Product Designers to grow personally and professionally
  • Build a team culture of visual quality and craftsmanship which interplays with usability, to support a standard of best-in-class software.

Qualifications: What we expect from you:

• You have a track record of success: You have >7 years of experience as a Design leader in a complex B2B SaaS platform
• You have experience driving Product Roadmap: You’ve had a seat at the decision-making table as to how projects and priorities get mapped onto Timelines for Execution and Delivery. 
• Designers on your team enjoy working with you: You’re an empowering leader who champions both collaboration and results within your team
• You are an expert, and have opinions on, the best Design Tools out there: Figma, Figjam, Typeform, Notion, Whimsical, etc
• You are a systems thinker: You’ve led or assisted efforts in building and managing complete design systems & know what excellent looks like. You’ll roll up your sleeves to ensure we maintain a strong Design System.
• Relentless focus on operational excellence: When you say, you do.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills: You care about people - your colleagues, our customers, and everyone around you. People want to work for and with you. You lead with influence, not authority.

Logistics

Location: Remote, United States

This is a full-time position.

U.S. work authorization is required, Healthie does not provide sponsorship.

The base salary for this role is $180,000.- $200,000. per year + annual company bonus and benefits

The target salary range for this position is part of a competitive total rewards package. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
