Director of Product-Led Growth Marketing
Givelify has bootstrapped itself to rapid growth while disrupting the status quo and highly challenging bank-rolled players. We are looking for a Director of Product-Led Growth marketing to join our virtual team. If you are a seasoned product-led growth marketer, who has implemented successful PLG campaigns to create traffic and demand for category-defining B2B SaaS products, and the challenge of scaling digital marketing at a high-performing Fintech-For-Good company sounds exciting, we would love to talk to you!

You will own the success of getting clients to successfully raise funds using Givelify with our products and experiences.
About your role:
This role presents an amazing opportunity to put a world-class product-led marketing strategy and processes in place. You will gain high visibility with Givelify marketing leadership by delivering compelling search-based programs and content to engage prospects and customers and help them raise funds through Givelify.
The Director of Product-led Growth Marketing reports to the VP of Marketing, and will:
- Lead a cross-department function driving product and marketing projects to growth hack web traffic, lead generation, and product sign-up flows
- Reverse engineer a revenue goal into a robust marketing plan with a mix of programs and channels initiatives that can predictably drive revenue for Givelify
- Establish a set of KPIs aligned with product, marketing, and sales to ensure marketing drives predictable demand
- Lead and champion SEO and SEM to make Givelify the top searched results for online giving and to own the online giving category
- Create and manage a product roadmap of search experience products to draw new prospective customers to Givelify using search-optimized strategies
- Leverage data and insights from the Givelify databases to create search honeypots that draw organic traffic to the website and convert traffic to qualified leads
- Optimize product experiences such as the Givelify online giving application (OGA) to draw new traffic to the site
- Guide a product team that generates a steady, growing stream of traffic and leads each week
- Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics, so we see what works
- Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on the strategy, plans, and performance of the various marketing initiatives and campaigns and make recommendations for optimizing
- Develop a comprehensive SEO strategy to perfect the digital content (blogs, ebooks, videos, etc.) to grow our digital footprint for organic traffic
- Create and constantly improve processes that drive and perfect marketing and traffic generation productivity
Your experience:
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree is ideal
- 7+ years experience in driving the acquisition of new B2B customers by leveraging both sides of the marketplace (consumers and organizations)
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing lead generation and sales development activities
- Experienced demand generation marketer with a record of accomplishment of growing traffic through an SEO and product-led marketing strategy
- You are numbers driven; you understand the relationship between the metrics that drive success & you obsess over how to use improve the primary drivers
- Exceptional communication skills, both written & verbal
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. You are a natural people person; you know how to motivate & get the best out of those around you
- Domain expert in B2B marketing techniques and strategies
- You are an ambitious self-starter. You love B2B product-led marketing and aspire to be known as one of the best in the world
