You must be a playbook writer and executor, able to make plans that both meet the current moment and contemplate the future and then implement them. We are looking for a smart, driven Director of Product Marketing to be a key driver of value propositions, messaging, and GTM strategy for the next generation of Nuvem services and solutions. In this role, you will: • Develop and refine compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to healthcare buyers • Translate complex healthcare solutions and services into clear, benefits-driven language • Ensure messaging aligns with industry trends, regulatory considerations, and buyer personas • Own and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, enhancements, or market expansions • Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful GTM execution • Plan and manage cross-functional launch processes, timelines, and communications • Conduct market research to understand healthcare industry trends, customer needs, and pain points • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to identify differentiation opportunities • Share insights across product, sales, and executive teams to inform strategy and positioning • Create sales tools, collateral, pitch decks, and training materials that empower sales teams to effectively communicate product value “Nuvem provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or medical disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, military and/or veteran status, or any other basis prohibited by applicable state or federal law.”Requirements: • Growth company DNA as described above • A track record of consistently delivering results against quarterly and annual goals. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and explain complex concepts in a simple and concise manner. • In-depth experience leading product marketing initiatives. • Expert-level proficiency in messaging and value prop creation. • Bachelor's degree or higher from a selective college or university, or similarly developmental and distinguished life experience. • The ability to successfully work on a remote-based team with a willingness to travel to internal workshops location to be determined, as well as to team meetings and offsite vendor meetings, which could be up to 15%-20% of the time.
