Director of Programming and Partnerships (Private Club)

Overview: Colette is the first-of-its-kind, members-only club for successful business leaders. The Club features beautifully appointed private offices, conference rooms, meeting spaces, and lounge areas. Coco’s is the members-only restaurant within Colette, located on the 37th Floor of the General Motors Building overlooking Central Park. We are currently seeking a talented, highly experienced, passionate and self-driven Club Program Specialist that will generate engaging and exciting programs for our members. Job Responsibilities: Generate club program ideas and initiatives, while creating enthusiasm for club members. Display knowledge of company programs and be knowledgeable of current industry trends and competitors. General Requirements and Experience: - Proven experience in program marketing and cross functional marketing collaboration. - Passion for the hospitality business - Event planning and execution experience - Knowledge of various industries from art to music to real estate to finance. - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with members and employees - Great knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular, Excel and PowerPoint) - Experience in communications is a plus!
