This role directs the operation of the community Resident Services Department focusing on resident care, regulatory compliance, staff management, cost containment, and marketing Memory Care / Assisted Living program services. What you'll do: • Direct the operation of the Community's resident services department • Direct the hiring and assignment of duties of licensed and non-licensed staff • Evaluate residents' condition and care needs to determine the level of assistance needed • Evaluate resident records on an ongoing basis • Ensure availability of supplies and equipment related to the resident services • Provide ongoing teaching and training to staff • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Maintains a current and unencumbered Registered Nurse ( RN ) license to practice professional nursing in Washington state • Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire • Previous experience in a supervisory position (Geriatrics preferred) • Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations • Must have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations. • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public ABOUT KOESLCH COMMUNITIES We are third-generation, family-owned, and operated.
