What You’ll Do • Lead Sales Efforts– Manage inquiries, conduct tours, and guide families through the decision-making process. • Drive Occupancy Growth– Partner with leadership to develop and execute innovative sales strategies. • Build Relationships– Develop referral networks and foster trust with residents, families, and community partners. • Execute Marketing Plans– Assist in branding efforts and community outreach to maintain a strong presence. What You Bring • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Sales experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare • Excellent organization and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools is a plus Why Join Us?
