Job Description

Position Title:Director of Sales & Marketing Schedule:Days/Varied Pay:$115,000-$130,000 BOE Who we are: As soon as you set foot into our doors, you will witness the future of senior living and care. Who you are: • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Two years supervisory/management experience to include hiring staff, coaching, performance management and daily operations supervision • 3-5 years of successful marketing and sales experience with meeting or exceeding goals • Previous experience with a Life Plan Senior Living Community strongly recommended or Rental Senior Living Community considered • Superlative communication and interpersonal skills • Demonstrate good judgement, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills • Passion for seniors • Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively • Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, Sales Force, & the ability to learn new applications as needed • Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate both small and large group presentations • Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed
