Job Summary:

As the Director of Wholesale, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our wholesale operations, driving the growth strategy of our B2B line of business by building meaningful relationships with new and existing clients. In this critical role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our wholesale division and contribute significantly to the overall growth and success of CBD Kratom. This is a commission-eligible position.

About you:

• Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to create and execute a business strategy, including a sales plan for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Your leadership skills are second to none. You've successfully managed and mentored sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
• Demonstrate excellence in implementing rigorous and disciplined performance measures and metrics that benchmark performance and create accountability.
• You are confident working with data to analyze how best practices should be developed; adept at analyzing market data and sales metrics to identify trends and opportunities, using data to drive decision-making.
• Building and nurturing relationships with wholesale partners comes naturally to you. Your interpersonal skills are a key asset in cultivating long-term, mutually beneficial connections.
• You have excellent time management abilities; able to deliver timely and successful solutions to customers.
• You share our passion for natural wellness products and are excited to contribute to our mission of improving lives through quality cannabis and Kratom offerings.
• You thrive in a dynamic, evolving industry and can adapt quickly to changes, ensuring your team remains agile and responsive.
• Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, allow you to effectively convey your vision, strategy, and ideas to both internal teams and external partners.
