The Platform Design team is dedicated to solving complex problems in the enterprise space. Our goal is to ensure that the tools and solutions we deliver are not only highly functional and efficient but also intuitive.

We build internal tools that enhance machine learning & AI capabilities, streamline experimentation processes, facilitate data driven decision making and improve developer efficiency.

By empowering our internal users with these advanced tools, we enable them to deliver superior solutions and experiences to our Dream11 user base

Your Role:

• Lead end-to-end product design (UX+UI) for Internal Tools that powers the Dream11 ecosystem
• Drive strong product impact, ensuring design excellence and deliver strategic outcomes for Dream11
• Support and develop a team of skilled product designers, making them more effective and engaged and demonstrate excellent product sense and design execution yourself
• Partner closely with peers in data, product, content and tech to deliver top-notch experiences for users
• Foster communication, efficiency and invest in building a culture of excellence within your product verticals
• Contribute to broader design community efforts, such as recruiting, onboarding, and enhancing design processes and quality

Qualifiers:

• 6+ years of design experience with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Experience managing both UX and UI design teams effectively
• Track record of delivering SaaS / enterprise level products with high quality design output
• Past work portfolio that showcasing your design thinking across web and desktop offerings
