What You’ll DoÂ
As the Director of Sales Development, you’ll be the true backbone to the Sales Development function, owning the management of overall inbound business development and outbound prospecting pipeline strategy and execution. You’ll lead & motivate a team of highly driven and successful SDRs, implementing efficient processes & tools that optimize for scale as we grow.Â
Working closely with both Marketing and Sales leadership, you’ll devise the best tactics to increase demand generation.

Specific responsibilities include…
- Hire, onboard, mentor and develop SDRs, as well as SDR Team Leads & Managers, prioritizing diversity & inclusion within all effortsÂ
- Maintain an inclusive, dynamic, highly engaged and energized team environmentÂ
- Maintain awareness of high-level as well as detailed business goals; determine what the team needs to do to contribute to the success of goals
- Consistently identify actionable ideas to drive strategies to optimize SDR output
- Build outbound cadences for outreach, constantly monitoring performance, learn and iterate against accordinglyÂ
- Identify process improvement opportunities within the SDR function, including, but not limited to account based strategy, cadence committee management, SDR dashboard functionality & Salesforce complianceÂ

- Able to execute cross-functionally and drive for results in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
