PURPOSE STATEMENT

Lead the effort to maximize the efficiency and productivity across Rich's Total Food Group by developing and leading a framework designed to optimize productivity and overall margin management including aggressive data driven target setting.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES

  • Lead effort to further develop the McKinsey assessment work to guide and prioritize an accelerated margin improvement plan to expedite the realization of the $400 Million+ savings.
  • Work to build a similar assessment model and understanding of the Global Markets value creation opportunities
  • Responsible for challenging boundaries and aligning with Business leaders to establish aggressive data driven targets
  • Responsible for working with Value Creation COE Lead to build a productivity mindset and discipline across Rich's global supply chain and total Food Group
  • Accountable for creating enhanced analytics capability across the supply chain to accelerate productivity
  • Responsible for working collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify cost reduction/ profit improvement ideas and convert them into tangible, impactful business projects
  • Accountable for leading the effort to develop internal capability building working in conjunction with the AMIT team and other key resources
  • Works closely with the Value Creation Lead to ensure effective prioritization and Resource Utilization
  • Work on building a productivity COE focused on aggressive target setting using advanced models and analytics to continually raise the bar and give Rich's a competitive advantage.
  • Evolve the current ROCS process to a more broad -based business approach for all major productivity initiatives including Portfolio Optimization, Indirect, TPM Acceleration and Smart Factory
  • Support the Capital Expansion Due Diligence process to ensure we have fully tapped opportunities to create capacity with existing assets before investing in new equipment

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with 10-15 years job related experience, or Master's degree preferred.
