About Your Role:
We are seeking an energetic Director, Workflow Operations to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be integral in developing strategies around cross-departmental workflows that promote collaboration and efficiency, resulting in a unified data and reporting structure across teams and platforms. The Director will work closely with Content, Product and Data teams, translating workflow needs into Airtable platform improvements. This position requires an understanding of the nuts and bolts of everyday print and digital editorial tasks while maintaining a 10,000-foot view of company-wide goals.
About Your Contributions:

• Collaborate with Editorial, Video, Commerce and other teams to understand their needs, map out their processes, and develop structured Airtable bases that improve collaboration and transparency
• Develop a collaborative vision that best utilizes the in-house and third-party tools used for content creation, promotion, reporting and analysis
• Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to architect solutions to integrate Airtable workflows with the publishing platform roadmap
• Iterate on existing structures to find new ways to promote efficiency
• Collaborate with Data Ops to maintain data integrity across sources
• Own the Airtable Enterprise relationship and prioritize Enterprise support services among internal teams

About You:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management and / or Engineering
• Strong understanding of relational database design
• Experience working with creative and/or content teams
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and deep experience with data modeling and visualization
• Expertise in project management software, specifically Airtable
• Previous experience as customer success/onboarding manager for Airtable or other project management software
• Detail-oriented and enthusiastic about intelligent solutions that simplify intricate processes, especially related to productivity
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build consensus around solutions and manage through ambiguity

Pay Range
Salary: $115,000 - $146,950
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
