Dispatcher/Security Officer

Alert Security Asset Protection, is looking for a dedicated/professional DISPATCHER immediately for a position in our Las Vegas Office. Pay rate: $ 18.00 -$21.00 per hour Schedule: Shifts are normally 5pm to 6am except weekends which are 12-hour shifts. Security Dispatchers help in scheduling officers to certain destinations according to schedules and customer requests. Duties include maintain records, handling telephone communications both inbound and outbound to various offices and various security guards, monitoring call ins and call outs to sites, keeping managers updated on details about their areas. Skills: Great communication skills, ability to listen, decision-making, time management, speech clarity, accuracy, and computer operation. Must have above average knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Must Have: · Customer service skills & strong work ethic. · Must be able to work alone · Must be well organized · Able to think outside the box. · Reliable means of communication (cell phone). · Reliable transportation. (A must!!!) · Must have a State of NV PILB security work permit prior to applying! Military Experience a plus+++++.
