Role Title: Distributive Trade Transformation Ice Cream Project Management Officer
Location: Mangahan, Pasig

Employment Type: Project Based for 10 months

Job Description:

• Ensure that the project is successfully landed within the given time frame and resources.
• Create tools and training deck for the distributor field team.
• Must be able to lead, coordinate, and support the distributor team during the launch and post-launch of the project.
• Must be willing to do fieldwork to conduct on-site trainings and trade visits.
• Provide guidance, documentation, and tools to ensure that projects are executed on time, and within budget.
• Assess the project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor the project progress and create updates for the stakeholders.
• Test newly deployed functionalities within the system.
• Perform regular sanity testing to ensure systems are working as expected.
• Address and resolve concerns from the stakeholders related to the project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering or any business-related course
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent Project Management skills
• Experience in Data Management, Reporting and automation
• Must be highly proficient in MS Excel
• With strong data management, data analysis and data visualization capabilities
• Amenable for a 10 months project based contract
• Willing to be assigned in Mangahan, Pasig on a hybrid working set-up and do field work from time to time
