Job Summary
The District Sales Manager will be responsible for selling products from the Omniseal Solution portfolio (seals, polymer parts, composites...) to assigned territory with existing and new customers, with particular focus on accounts in the area of Aviation. The incumbent is responsible for sales cycle and customer relations for existing and prospective customers. The incumbent should be located in either Greater Phoenix, AZ; Indianapolis, IN; or Cincinnati, OH. Essential functions include:- Makes calls and visits to prospective and existing accounts and determines specific applications for seal usage (~60%)- Completes technical service requests for quotations or project action requests for engineering and/or design and pricing considerations (~10%)- Communicates and presents product line and company capabilities to customers (~10%)- Interfaces with customers on pricing, quality and delivery information; provides product samples as required (~10%)- Researches and develops competitive data and potential market opportunities to Sales Manager and Marketing team (~10%)

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technical discipline- 5+ years' experience with B2B sales with a focus on technical component sales - Must have ability to read blueprints and ability to interface with Engineers on technical aspects of the product application- Proven relationship building skills and commercial awareness - Ability to understand the customer's business needs and identify and execute plans to deliver to them- Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $85,200 to $131,900 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The bonus amount is 0-40% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and target annual bonus) for this position, is $95,400 to $147,700. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
