Job Description: Business Analyst (MES Implementation and Sepasoft Platform)

Location: Long Island NY (Work from office).

Fulltime/Direct Hire

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) implementations, particularly with the Sepasoft platform. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Electronic Batch Records (eBR). This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful system integration, process improvements, and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business processes.
• Lead and support MES implementations, focusing on the Sepasoft platform.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of system requirements, processes, and workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose effective solutions to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption of MES solutions.
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates or enhancements.
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in MES implementations, with a focus on the Sepasoft platform.
• Familiarity with Electronic Batch Records (eBR) and related regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Project management experience and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the CPG and/or Manufacturing industry.
• Certification in project management or related fields.

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from [$80 ,000 ] to [$158 ,000 ]. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
