In this role, you will:
Donor Assistance & Experience:
• Create warm welcomes and positive vibes as donors arrive
• Guide guests through their donation journey with confidence and care
• Anticipate donor needs and ease anxieties—especially for first-timers
• Offer refreshments and coordinate giveaways to enhance the visit
• Help schedule their next donation and make every experience seamless
Communication & Coordination:
• Share donor engagement strategies during team huddles
• Celebrate donor milestones with heartfelt recognition (1st, 5th, 25th visits and more!)
• Partner with volunteers to ensure a consistently great donor experience
• Maintain detailed notes in our system to personalize future visits
• Answer donor calls and connect them to the right resources
Service Recovery & Engagement:
• Proactively address concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Use active listening and de-escalation to resolve issues
• Build strong relationships that turn one-time donors into lifelong lifesavers
• Travel to various donor sites (up to 10%) to support donor experience across locations
We need someone who has:
• Associate’s degree in healthcare, hospitality, marketing, public relations or a related field from an accredited college or university plus a minimum of three years of relevant customer service and promotional marketing experience. OR Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of one-year relevant customer service experience. OR a combination of relevant education and experience.
• CRM tool usage preferred. Experience addressing client concerns promptly and effectively using conflict resolution techniques required.
• Willingness and ability to complete local travel up to 10% of the time utilizing a personal vehicle.
• Valid Texas Driver's License and adherence to the Vehicle Safety Program.
• Computer Literate: Microsoft Office
• Must have strong analytical skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Good attention to detail, accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize own work.
