Door and Window Installer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Window/Door Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and a strong understanding of various installation techniques. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency in both frame carpentry and fixture installation. As a Window/Door Installer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the functionality and aesthetics of residential properties. Duties • Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes. • Read and interpret blueprints to determine installation requirements. • Assemble and fabricate window and door units as needed. • Conduct remodeling projects that involve window and door replacements. • Install fixtures related to windows and doors, ensuring they are secure and operational. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all construction sites. Requirements • Proven experience in window/door installation or related construction fields. • Proficient with wood trim installation and painting. • Ability to fabricate components as required for specific installations. • Proficiency in blueprint reading to accurately assess project needs. • Experience with remodeling projects is highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration on job sites.
