Doorman

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Doorman to join our team. The Doorman is the first point of contact for residents, guests, visitors, and plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and secure environment. This position requires excellent customer service skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and discretion. Duties • Greet all residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor. Open doors, assist with packages and luggage, and provide directions or information as needed. • Maintain a secure entrance by monitoring who enters and exits the premises. Enforce building policies and procedures, and report any suspicious activity to management. • Address resident and guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously. Handle package and delivery. Assist wtih service requests or other needs. • Monitor lobby and common areas for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate staff. Assist with coordinating vendor and delivery access. • Maintain clear and concise communication with building management, staff, and residents. Log all relevant activities and incidents in a daily report. • Be the initial point of contact during an emergency, such as a medical issue, and follow established protocols to ensure the safety of all individuals. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience in a customer service or security-related role is preferred. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • A professional and polished appearance and demeanor. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Knowledge of basic security procedures and an understanding of building operations. • .
