We’re seeking a reliable and professional Doorman/Security Guard to join our team and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for our guests. Responsibilities: • Stand for 8-hour shifts, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor. • Greet guests warmly, creating a welcoming first impression. • Verify guest IDs using an ID scanner to ensure compliance with age restrictions. • Monitor the entrance and maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. • Assist with crowd control and ensure adherence to bar policies. • Communicate effectively with staff to address any security concerns. Requirements: • Ability to stand and remain alert for 8-hour shifts. • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude. • Experience using an ID scanner or willingness to learn. • Prior experience in security, customer service, or hospitality preferred. • Must be 21+ and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle high-energy environments.
