Dream Sports Foundation’s (DSF) vision and mission is to “Make Sports Better” by aligning with the Olympic Motto of “Faster, Higher, Stronger - Together”. DSF aims to provide sustainable solutions to Indian athletes & coaches with programs under multiple verticals such as Long Term Athlete Development with Sports Science interventions, Competitions & Leagues, Sports Infrastructure, Education and Upskilling - designed to benefit and uplift the ecosystem.

Your Role:

• Define & execute the vision and strategy for Dream Sports Foundation
• Efficiently manage P&L and budgets to achieve sustainable financial goals and optimum utilization
• Strategies, execute high-quality Youth LTAD programs while creating and managing best-in-class sports facilities
• Lead all DSF Youth LTAD initiatives with sports science and technology interventions
• Establishing strategic partnerships with NSFs, sports academies, and leagues to create high-quality tournaments and leagues
• Ensure good corporate governance and hygiene in DSF and DSF athlete ecosystem
• Lead, manage, and mentor the team, and oversee best-in-class athlete and coach retention

Qualifiers:

• Minimum 18 years of experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role in sports
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with LTAD programs OR has been a coach or mentor for sports tournaments or federation
