Drywall Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate Drywall construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project coordination, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Duties • Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project scheduling and tracking. • Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications. • Manage contracts and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers. • Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. • Review blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents for accuracy. Qualifications • Proven experience in project management within the construction industry. • Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, etc. • Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques. • Excellent skills in project scheduling, coordination, and management. • Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. • Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management.
