We help diagnose and solve piping system problems with high levels of care and attention to detail—all while residents remain in their homes. Pay Range:$22 to $35 per hour base pay based upon experience and qualifications WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a key part of our restoration crew, you’ll help bring repiped units back to life by delivering clean, seamless finishes: • Hang, tape, patch, and finish drywall in occupied apartment/condo units • Perform paint repairs and blending to match surrounding finishes • Daily installation and removal of dust and debris protection • Reset vanities, cabinets, and light fixtures as needed • Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment in resident homes • Communicate clearly with project leads, teammates, and residents • Always follow safety protocols and company quality standardsWHAT WE"RE LOOKING FOR: • Proven experience with drywall hanging, taping, patching, and painting • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a dynamic team • A clean, professional appearance and customer-focused attitude • Able to lift 50–100 lbs regularly and work on your feet throughout the day • Must have your own basic hand tools • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S. • Must pass a background check and drug screening • Reliable transportation to and from job sitesTravel Requirement: This role will be a part of either East Coast, West Coast, or Southwest Division and is subject to travel requirements. • Apply today at sagewater.com/careers or [email protected] learn more.We thank all applicants in advance for their interest in this position, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
