Abbyson Living is seeking a highly motivated and very hands on DTC E-Commerce Sales Manager who has significant knowledge of sales in the Direct-to-consumer sector. This individual will be leading the sales charge on our own direct-to-consumer website. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in developing and managing a sales team and working lead generations. Must also be highly organized and ability to motivate and develop several teams. We work in a fast-paced environment therefore, the ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, as we bring on new clients and projects. Applicants with experience working in a fast-paced environment and leading a creative team, will be given prime consideration.
Core Responsibilities

  • DTC Sales Management: Oversee all aspects of direct-to-consumer sales on Abbyson.com, including monitoring sales performance, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Tradeshow Sales: Attend industry tradeshows to showcase Abbyson products to designers, partners, and other potential customers. Actively engage with attendees, present product offerings, and follow up on leads to secure sales opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate new sales leads, both online and offline. Utilize various marketing channels, networking events, and industry partnerships to identify and pursue potential customers.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, designers, and industry professionals. Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries and concerns promptly, and serve as a trusted advisor on product selection and design trends.
  • Sales Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations to share insights with the management team and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives, promotional activities, and customer satisfaction initiatives.


Essential Functions

  • Devise Sales strategies with the goal of increasing points of distribution, product positioning, consumer awareness, trial, conversion and ultimately user acquisition.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track and report on performance of processes and transform data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Track, forecast and translate reports to measure ROI.
  • Positive Leadership and Management to Abbyson.com Sales team.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in ecommerce sales, preferably in the home furnishings or interior design industry.
  • Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales strategies and online retail best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build lasting relationships.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
