DTG Operator We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven DTG Operator to join our apparel production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating direct-to-garment printers to produce high-quality, customized apparel on-demand. DTG Operator Details: • Temp-to-Hire position • $15.00 /hour • Full Time work available • Various shifts available (Monday through Friday) • Set up and operate DTG printers to produce customized apparel • Load garments correctly and ensure proper alignment for printing Perform pre-treatment and curing processes as required • Monitor equipment for proper functioning and perform routine maintenance • Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency DTG Operator Qualifications: • Experience with DTG printing, screen printing, or related production preferred • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues • Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer and machine operation skills • Applicant may be subject to a background check • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
