Dump Truck Driver & Demolition Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dump Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating dump trucks ensuring safe and efficient transportation of materials to and from construction sites. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards. Duties • Operate dump trucks to transport materials such as gravel, sand, and asphalt to various construction sites. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. • Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely material supply. • Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, material transported, and vehicle maintenance. • Adhere to all safety protocols while on-site and during transportation to minimize risks associated with heavy equipment operation. • Assist in loading and unloading materials when necessary. Qualifications • Valid commercial driver's license (class c) with a clean driving record. • Proven experience in commercial driving with a focus on dump truck operation. • Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation is preferred. • Familiarity with construction site operations and safety practices. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. • clean record. • Ability to lift heavy loads and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
