About This Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-commerce Coordinator to join our team at Jenni Kayne. As an E-commerce Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing our online presence and ensuring a seamless and captivating customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee e-commerce operations, and contribute to the growth and success of our brand in the digital landscape. This team member is data-driven, intellectually curious, capable of taking initiative and eager to grow. Key responsibilities include site operations, site merchandising and conversion rate optimization. This role will report directly to the Director of E-commerce and contribute to the broader e-commerce strategy.
Role and Responsibilities:
As the E-commerce Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Execute the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and user-friendly navigation including management of the product life cycle through setup, merchandising, monitoring, optimization, maintenance, and retirement.
- Coordinate with various teams including buying and marketing to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information is reflected on the website.
- Monitor and analyze website metrics, sales performance, and customer behavior to identify trends, optimize user experience, and recommend improvements to enhance online sales.
- Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels are reflected on the website, coordinating with the buying team.
- Assist with the proposal and execution of homepage updates to align with merchandising and company wide strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance our online presence and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of related work experience in E-commerce, merchandising or related field.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and content management systems, preferably Shopify.
- Proficient in data analysis, utilizing analytics platforms, preferably Google Analytics, to extract insights and drive data-informed decision making.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all e-commerce content and product information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional online experiences.
- Familiarity with luxury lifestyle brands and an understanding of their target audience.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to move and lift heavy objects (20 pounds or more) from time to time as required

The annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location. In addition, this full-time position is eligible for the following company benefits:
