E-commerce Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an E-commerce manager with a dynamic approach to digital marketing and retail growth. This role involves managing the Squishable digital E-commerce team, overseeing the maintenance and production of innovative marketing initiatives across various digital platforms, and maintaining our strong web presence. The E-commerce manager is pivotal in strategizing and implementing digital advertising strategies, managing content strategy and creation for mass emails and SMS campaigns, and executing daily updates to our retail and wholesale sites.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the strategy for direct e-commerce communications, including email and SMS marketing.
• Maintain and enhance our website presence, implementing strategies for long-term growth and daily content updates.
• Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, monitor performance analytics, and optimize based on results.
• Work with our social media manager to generate creative content with a unique, engaging voice that resonates with our audience, maintaining our brand's humor and appeal.
• Contribute innovative ideas for new projects and digital engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, web design, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in using various Content Management Systems and social media platforms such as Shopify, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok shop, and their related analytics.
• Proficiency in B2C and B2B email marketing, utilizing platforms like Omnisend or MailChimp.
• Skilled in HTML and CSS
• Must have a strong grasp of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a versatile and dynamic role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for humorous, engaging writing. Standup comedians are welcome.

Salary: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 based on experience
