Job Description | 工作描述 We are looking for abilingual (Mandarin & English) E-Commerce Sales Assistantto support our online business operations. This role involves managing online sales inquiries, optimizing product listings, processing orders, and assisting with marketplace operations onAmazon, Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, and other platforms. 我们正在寻找一名中英文流利的电商销售助理，负责支持公司的在线销售业务，包括处理客户咨询、优化产品页面、管理订单、以及协助 Amazon、Shopify、eBay、TikTok Shop 等电商平台的日常运营。 Responsibilities | 岗位职责 • Handle customer inquiries, and provide professional pre-sales and after-sales support.处理电商平台上的客户咨询，提供专业的售前及售后支持。 • Manage and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, pricing) to increase sales and visibility.负责优化产品页面（标题、描述、关键词、价格），提高产品曝光率和转化率。 • Expand and manage third-party marketplaces in international markets, adapting to cultural differences, managing currency conversions, and implementing industry best practices.拓展并管理国际市场的第三方电商平台，应对文化差异，处理货币转换问题，优化运营策略 • Process orders, returns, refunds, and coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams.处理订单、退换货及相关物流跟踪，与仓库和物流团队协作确保订单顺利完成。 • Assist in sales strategies and marketing campaigns.协助制定销售策略及促销活动。 • Assist in creating and managing ads, promotions, and discount campaigns.协助创建和管理广告、促销活动及折扣策略。 • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and customer service.与市场、客服等团队合作，提高整体运营效率。 Qualifications | 任职要求 • Fluent in Mandarin & English (reading, writing, speaking).中英文流利，具备良好的书面和口语沟通能力。 • 1+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably on Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or TikTok Shop.一年以上电商相关经验，熟悉 Amazon、Shopify、eBay、TikTok Shop 等平台者优先。 • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service experience.具备良好的客户服务意识和解决问题的能力。 • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Sheets.
