In this full-time role, you’ll be at the center of our online customer experience, building and optimizing the websites and web applications that drive our business. You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Creative teams to bring bold ideas to life—while ensuring fast, scalable, and seamless user journeys from homepage to checkout. What You'll Do: • Design, build, and maintain our websites, e-commerce platform (BigCommerce), and web applications • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using modern web development practices • Collaborate with designers and marketers to deliver engaging, on-brand digital experiences • Support necessary technology updates within our operational software, such as upgrades of our CRM and ERP system, ODOO. • Optimize website performance for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness • Monitor, test, and troubleshoot for smooth, secure operation • Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively recommend improvements • Provide technical support and enhancements for existing web properties What You Bring to the Table: • A degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or related field • 2+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and web development • Experience withCRM • Proficiency inHTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and related web technologies • Experience working withBigCommerceor similar E-commerce platforms • Solid understanding ofSEO fundamentalsand web performance optimization • Experience inOdooor similar python-coded ERP • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • A passion for delivering exceptional user experiences—and ideally, a love of high-performance cars What We Offer: • Salary:$55,000 – $58,000 per year • Work Schedule:Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shifts (on-site in Fort Washington, PA) • Perks & Benefits: • 401(k) + company match • Health, dental & vision insurance • Paid time off • Employee discount on performance products An exciting workplace where automotive passion meets innovative tech!
