Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with a passion for product excellence and strong desire to lead a team that’s at the heart of our technological transformation to lead our end-to-end platform unit deployment. Overseeing multiple strategic modules globally this role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management driving platform deployment’s success from inception to go-live. In this role you’ll shape and execute resource strategies across disciplines within your unit and share responsibility for outcomes in partnership with our Process Transformation team.

Your role will include:

Strategic oversight of platform modules to deliver global functions
Defining and manage the platform and product vision and strategy based on stakeholder needs and market research.

• Participate on a HR transformation consulting project or initiative and experience first-hand how we help transform our clients business. You will advise top clients on their HR transformation and talent strategy design brand new exployee experiences reconfigure the way they operate support them move towards new working models and help them throughout their digital transition journeys supported by IBM’s top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

This is an internship position so no professional experience is required but interest for learning the latest technologies and HR will be a must.
This opportunity is fantastic for recent graduates or last year grade/postgrads students.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Must reside in Spain.
