About the Role As a Flex Teacher, you’ll be a key part of our teaching team, providing support across multiple classrooms and age groups. You’ll step in where needed, ensuring that each child feels safe, respected, and engaged throughout the day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a team, and adapts easily to changing needs. As an Assistant Teacher, you will work mainly in one classroom to support the Lead Teacher and build positive relationships with children and families.
