SALES ADMINISTRATOR (M/F/*)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support our sales representatives in Asia
• Be an active part of our Sales Team
• Support and expansion of our existing customer activities
• Processing customer orders and liaising with EBV departments (Sales Operations, Purchasing and Logistics)
• Achieve EBV’s agreed supplier objectives
• Ensuring that quote and order entry into the sales system is completed in a timely manner
• Proactive backlog management (monitoring of orders, shipping dates, price changes, etc.)
• Determine customer discounts and write new contracts

Your Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience, preferably in technical sales within the electronics or component market
• Personable and driven
• Strong command of MS Office with emphasis on Excel
• SAP skills are a plus
• Ability to quickly learn new practices and systems
• Ability to achieve targets and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Excellent intercultural skills
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
