PetIQ is looking for an eCommerce Account Specialist to support the eCommerce team in developing the channel. Reporting to the Sr. Director of eCommerce Sales, this person will work with the eCommerce Team and cross-functional departments to execute the plan and achieve quarterly goals. This role will be responsible for day-to-day execution, revenue, profit, and assortment growth of the company. 

Daily Functions

  • Oversee daily maintenance of product listings including buy box ownership, keywords + browse nodes, account health and many other eCommerce sales drivers 
  • Support new product launches including listing creation, reviews generation, and promotional activations 
  • Forecast, balance, and communicate inventory needs with internal teams regularly 
  • Collaborate internally with eCommerce & Digital Marketing Teams to ensure best-in-class product content is curated and uploaded in a timely manner 
  • Identify optimal sales promotions and marketing initiatives for categories and brands and work closely with key stakeholders on execution 
  • Create & provide sales and operations reports with insights regularly 

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in Amazon Seller Central 
  • Results oriented and sense of urgency 
  • Confident, fearless, and pro-active attitude 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) programs 
  • Ability to work well with multiple departments (Marketing & Operations) 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central 
  • Excellent written and communication skills 
  • Exceptional project management, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills 
  • Ability to deliver presentations effectively internally and externally 
  • Knowledge of PetIQ’s brands and the categories in which they compete 

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, PR, digital retail, retail merchandising, project management, or related field
