Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Logistics: Seamlessly coordinate courier collections and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, while resolving customs clearance challenges.
• Goods In: Oversee and verify the accuracy of inbound stock, engage with suppliers over discrepancies and manage the allocation of new products within our warehouse.
• Inventory Accuracy: Conduct regular stock checks, collaborate with the wider warehouse team to maintain inventory accuracy, and lead projects to optimize operational efficiency.
• Purchase Orders: Assist with and eventually oversee the placement of purchase orders, ensuring timely stock availability from a diverse range of suppliers.

Other Duties:

• Enjoy a dynamic role that splits your time between warehouse and office settings, maintaining a hands-on approach to inventory management.
• Collaborate closely with our head buyer on inbound stock logistics and buying decisions, contributing to daily briefings and strategic planning.
