What You’ll Do

We are looking for a savvy Ecommerce Manager to manage all aspects of our website operations and our premium direct-to-consumer fine art e-commerce business. The role requires exquisite attention to detail and communication skills. You will also be working directly with photographers, the teams based in London, and our digital team based in New York to deliver our ambitious goals. Our ideal candidate has website experience and a willingness to learn new operating systems.


What you’ll be working on

  • Act as the main point of contact to create product imagery, data, captions, and updates and offer overall online support across all Iconic Images websites
  • Upload product data, descriptions, and images to our Shopify platform, ensuring accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Manage inventory across multiple platforms, including galleries and our online store.
  • Enter pricing information into our Shopify systems accurately.
  • Collaborate with the GlobalE team to ensure proper SKU capture and pricing matching.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify key dates, events, and product launches.
  • Manage the upload of new content, including metadata and edited image files, on Iconic Images and Iconic Licensing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the London and New York teams to develop a content calendar, including homepage refreshes, blog posts, Behind The Image videos, and quote rollouts.
  • Reconcile orders with the accounts team on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to reconcile invoices for paid products, including Wix, IONOS, MailChimp, Algolia, and other services.
  • Compile and interpret analytics reports for our owned channels, such as the website and social media platforms.
  • Tag content and monitor traction from events and campaigns, providing comprehensive reports on results and successes.
  • Track growth KPIs and recommend content strategies to achieve target metrics.
  • Coordinate with brand, marketing, and creative teams to incorporate data into recaps, case studies, and pitch materials.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and other communication platforms.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to sales, order tracking, and shipping, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries, working closely with our UK-based team members to provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Create compelling product imagery to showcase our artwork and merchandise effectively.

Must Haves:

  • At least 4 years‘ experience in digital operations or website creations
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver
  • Knowledge of Shopify preferred
  • Knowledge of customer service platforms preferred (e.g. Gorgias, Zendesk,
  • Gladly)
  • Excellent verbal communication and writing skills
  • A degree in communication, art, or a related field is preferred

Primary Location Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
