But today we’re working better, smarter and faster than ever—and setting our sights even higher. We’re building an infrastructure designed for scalability, embracing data-driven decision-making and using technology to improve efficiency and ensure the best tools for the best work. Most importantly, we continue to invest in a diverse team of inquisitive top talent who fuel each other’s passions and curiosity, take risks, try new things, and believe that every new day brings opportunities for growth.
Job Description
In a time of unprecedented expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Site Optimization Manager to join our Product Management team. In this position, you will help drive digital optimization for both B2B and B2C efforts via executing and refining optimization and relevancy campaigns, providing insights and analysis, developing new optimization strategies and adjusting key performance metrics. The role also requires providing analyses on E-Commerce A/B testing and other optimization initiatives while partnering and communicating with relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in the digital commerce space and a proven track record of creating and executing successful optimization and A/B testing strategies—as well as extracting, interpreting, analyzing and presenting data with a focus on accuracy and information integrity.Â
This position is remote, but candidates will be expected to operate during PT hours.Â
A day in the office looks like this:
- Analyzing website and mobile behavior and optimization results to develop strategies for increasing key performance indicators and providing a better customer experience
- Extracting, analyzing and presenting data related to website and mobile engagement to identify strategic sales and marketing opportunities
- Providing detailed and accurate reporting to the E-Commerce, Marketing and Merchandising teams, as well as other stakeholders
- Reviewing data sets and reports for accuracy, validity and data integrity (assisting with the data QA process)
- Using excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to communicate across departments and all levels of management
- Working independently and as part of a team while handling multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
Got the skills and experience? Here’s what we’re looking for:Â
- 2+ years of E-Commerce analytics experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office (Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Outlook) required
- Proven success with data, analytics, reporting and marketing required
- Working knowledge of SQL required
- Experience with website analytics tools, such as Adobe or Google Analytics, required; experience with Adobe Analysis Workspace preferred
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other programming languages preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, math, economics, business or related field a plus
- Experience with additional web analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., QlikView, Salesforce) a plus
Additional Information
And here’s our end of the bargain!Â
- Salary: $95,000 - $115,000Â with an annual bonus of up to 10%
- Paid leave for new parents to support work/life balance and family bonding
- Excellent medical/dental and vision coverage—EPO, PPO and HSA
- 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution (because you will retire someday)
- Flexible benefits—choose what you like, ignore the rest
- On-site preschool for our employees’ children
- On-site employee gym for all levels/fitness needs
- Generous employee discount
- Casual dress…and we really mean it
