Job Description

Analyze, design, develop and implement multiplatform cloud products in order to provide the customer with a cloud solution of a given quality level fitting customers technical application requirements.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

General accountabilities:

• Design, develop, test, implement and support cloud components and applications in order to deliver DTAG quality standard cloud product portfolio.
• Build and develop concepts, processes and methods for automation, optimization and standardization to satisfy DTAG efficiency and automation requirements.
• Provide advice or information at request or at own initiative to all relevant employees or customers regarding technical aspects of cloud products.
• Provide project deliverables in order to fulfil the project scope.

Job specific accountabilities:

• Specify, design, develop and implement software components to satisfy customer orders given.
• Independently test and troubleshoot developed cloud applications and components in order to achieve stable customer production.
• Develop, test and implement applications and applications components in order to meet DTAG standards based on global engineering framework.
• Implement and modify existing systems to support production operation.
• Setup and support various cloud platforms in order to reach production requirements.
• Develop, support and user documentation of developed cloud components in order to maintain quality service of production operation.
• Select and evaluate a config management, scalable to up to 50.000 nodes
• Documentation of config management solution
• Support in creation of CI/CD processes in git/gitlab
• Documentation of CI-CD processes

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:
• Have High school degree
• Have valid certifications in given technologies
• Have technical overview in related fields
• Have general Networking, Backup & Restore overview
• Have knowledge of UNIX/LINUX systems
• Have knowledge of Middleware (Apache, IIS, SunONE, Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic)
• Have knowledge of JAVA, PHP, PERL
• Have experience in VMware technologies
• Have experience with Shell scripting
• Speak English and German language (at least on level B2)
• Are team player

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1800€ /brutto.
