Education Services Intern

Model N is looking for college students (who have completed their junior year) ready to jump start their career exposure with an internship. We offer unparalleled hands-on experience working in an exciting yet challenging industry. Consider this an early career start, where you will have the opportunity to work alongside and be mentored by some of the brightest minds at Model N. 

You will have the opportunity to get to know the other Model N interns and participate in workshops and trainings designed just for you and your peers. In addition, each week there will be time for additional learning through LinkedIn Learning on topics to help you develop your skills and business acumen.

As an intern with the Education Services team, you will experience a supportive learning environment, opportunities to participate in meaningful work and have some fun! You will meet and work with kind and inspiring Model N’ers, become a member of the team and have access to Model N leaders.

This internship will be focused on transitioning Model N’s Knowledge Center from Sharepoint to Model N’s Help Center, enabling easier access for our customers. As this transition occurs, the intern will optimize content. You will also work closely with operations team members to develop content, dashboards and processes to improve content availability and accessibility to Global Customer Success team members. 

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and planning of content transition
• Communicate and collaborate with other members of Education Services and GCS teams
• Develop content
• Train on and present new authoring system

Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials
• Strong communication Skills
• Detail Oriented
• All majors welcome especially Educations, Arts, Interest in STEM
• Ability to take initiative and work collaboratively within and across teams 
• Analytical and communication skills
• Strong experience in MS Suite of products

Compensation

• This internship will be paid hourly ($20-$22/hour).
